Broooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I am a 12 year old girl, who’s mom suddenly got obsessed with Hamilton. She was begging me to watch it with her, but I kept pushing it off because I thought it was going to be horrible. I finally watched it, and I am now obsessed. My friends think it’s just another normal obsession I have, like Freya Skye. I admit, I don’t love this more than Freya Skye, but I do love it. The dude who wrote it is very smart. As a kid who is in middle of reading the 39 Clues, “Ben Franklin with a key and a kite” got me jumping. I just think that Rise Up shoukd be a separate song, because it’s my favorite part and the best part. I also like “Lafayette!!” “John Adams” is also hilarious, and so is Phillips little rap. Peggy is so underrated. I’m going to school rapping about going to “Kings Collage,” and my friends are like hysterical laughing. Samuel Seabury is also underrated. I might kind love John Laurens, and I swear I melted when I first heard Phillips voice. AWWWWWWW Edit: I’m also going to school rapping about making redcoats redder with bloodstains. My teacher asked me what I was doing for the weekend; I told him I was probably gonna watch Hamilton. He started ranting about how historically accurate it is. Apparently we’re learning about this in 7th grade, so I think my teacher is going to LOVE ME.

I love Hamilton and let me tell you when I was told that it was on iTunes I was stoked, yippee.

damn it amazes and astonishes like come on, you stand for nothing and what do you stall for? just buy this album you will not regret it! raise a glass to HAMILTON something they can never take away no matter what they tell you. literally the songs in Hamilton built me palaces and cathedrals out of lyrics.

I did not throw away my shot, and neither did Lin-Manuel Miranda when he designed this masterpiece. Yes, it is about history during the Revolutionary War but Lin puts his own talented spin on it while preserving accuracy in its roots. Each character feels so alive and well-done and I am so proud of the hard work their actors put into them. And yes—I will admit that this musical is definitely overhyped by the modern-day generation—but I’m relieved and glad to know that this generation can finally recognize a talented work that deserves much more respect than the trends that come out today. Lin’s cleverness never seems to fail him as he turns a boring history lesson into a dramatic, excellent, and exciting Broadway musical with singers and actors just as talented as him starring in the film. Let’s pay our respects to Lin for not only amazing songwriting, directing, and acting but talent that I’m sure he will continue to exercise for thr rest of his life. Thank you for reading.

I love this so much

My friends are all obsessed with Hamilton, but I thought it was overrated. It couldn’t possibly be that good could it? I was so wrong. Never had I seen such an amazing musical. My favourite characters were king George and Lafayette. I liked Lafayette because of his accent (it was hilarious) and king George ( because obviously 🙄). Lin has done it again!!

I can’t lie, it’s the best song I’ve ever heard.😍
