As a young college queer in South Carolina I discovered Lady Gaga a couple months before I voted for Barack Obama. I instantly connected to her from my first listening to "The Fame." An album I came to know track by track better than any since. As unlike today it was my only connection to her. I don't suscribe to the American cult of celebrity, but I did preach the Gospel of Gaga at a time when her public persona consisted of "Poker Face" and outrageous outfits. Life has disappointed me in many ways since, but Stefani has delivered time and time again. Here's to all my fellow Warrior Queens and Mama Monster *clink*

The Kylie Minogue, Ben Platt, & Years remixes were/are instantly relatable and breathed new life into this album for me. The other mixes were way off and felt forced. Their failings still didn’t detract from the pure artistry and thought put into these 3 reimaginings. Watch me… lol

The Madonna stans (fake fans really, I am a huge fan of madonna’s and know that her and Gaga have reconciled and are friends) need to get over themselves. The album is great, and yeah, wish it was the whole album and not missing the deluxe tracks, that’s all it is missing. The covers are mostly great too! Keep up the good work, and can’t wait to see new music Gaga! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
