THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT: THE ANTHOLOGY

This album is what it is supposed to be and gives what it’s supposed to give, my fav album is still evermore, however this album is a close 2nd/3rd to being her best, this album needs time obviously since it has 31 songs. This album is for the fans and it needs to be digested and absorbed before you can fully understand it and are able to review it. This album is the most personal album of her career, it is very insightful towards her life as the megastar she has become, the tour, the media and the re-recording process (which is why “thanK you aIMee” says KIM she’s obviously remembers things and being up old feelings since she’s re-recording reputation. I’m sure she has let go of the drama) this album is full of hidden gems and has a lot of substance. my first listen I didn’t really care for it but on the third or fourth listen it made sense and I made a connection towards it. Some highlights of this album include “Guilty as Sin?” “Chloe or Sam or Sophia or Marcus” “So Long, London” “Peter” and “So High School” please give this album the patience and time it deserves she didn’t make it in one day for you to review it in one sitting : )

All the same miss the old taylor like “you belong with me” and Blank Space

I was pleasantly surprised about Taylor exhibiting more maturity on this album! Fortnite with Post Malone is a great collaboration! Cassandra has a nice beat to it! I like Peter! My only gripe is Taylor needs to calm down with mocking Christianity. If she has an issue, I suggest she takes it up with God!

Ever sense it came out I’ve been listening non stop I really think this maybe her best album to date

Not a swiftie. Never have been. It’s been awhile since I’ve liked so many of the songs on an album release. It’s very poetic and lyrically beautiful. I do like the first half better than the second drop. This is the best album in my opinion as I’ve never wanted to listen to her previous albums at all……does this make me a swiftie now???

This is an incredible work of ART. Every word is beautifully written. Taylor poured her heart and soul into yet another album. A 31 track NO SKIP album. Bravo, Taylor! 🤍

That is terrible! Why would anyone sing about wanting to end another’s life early? So sad. Maybe she should take some time off and work on herself. Same as other low ratings; sound like one long boring breathy song.
