I was lucky enough to be at the Forum on Tuesday when they shot a lot of the film. The album brings me right back to standing in the crowd. Love the psychedelic rock vibes of The Future is a Foreign Land and it’s got me excited for new material. A bit sad to not have older stuff than Meliora but my personal preference tends to favour Prequelle and Impera. So if that’s more your jam then you’re definitely in for a real treat. But seriously Ghost is the best!

The backing vocals really pop. I miss a few of the songs from the tour, but the serious bangers are all there. If you have ghosts is elevated with strings and an ethereal vocal, and Twenties gets the live treatment it deserved on tour.

Slightly upset that they didn’t include songs from albums before Meliora since the film had such incredible renditions of “Per Aspera Ad Inferi” and “Ritual.” Still this is a great live album.

Truly, this guy is amazing. He completely writes, choreographs, and runs every show right down to the banter with the crowd between songs. Several techs on tour with them have said this is the EASIEST show they’ve ever worked.
Everything is thought out and pre planned. Power up - push play - sit back job done till shows over.
Tobias is the master of this orchestra, the rest are hired help to his genius.

I love the new song! I’ve had it on repeat for a good while now. These Nihil era songs are so fun. It’s interesting to hear the different types of music Ghost creates.
This live version of Absolution is great too! I’m excited to hear the rest of the album when it’s out. The movie now has me even more hyped for its release.
