    • White Album outtakes.

This is a great ep for Lewis Black fans. What makes this ep special is the extended version of Wisconsin. These are the outtakes from Lew's first album The White Album released in 2000. Listen to the White album and then to the ep and you'll hear the same crowd in both. The laughter is unique to both titles as is the case with any live comedey album. If you have ever seen a comedian live, mistakes are made during performance. Its all about how mistakes are handled. I have this on vinyl and on 3' cd. Now I can finally have a copy on my computer,

True Lew fans will enjoy even the familiar stories, with his deviations! A lot of fun, and Outtakes is a must, Love It!
    • Of Course It's Going To Have Repeated Material!

This is a CD of outtakes from his "The White Album" CD! Of course you're going to have heard some of it before! However, "Wisonsin (Unedited)" is the only track with repeated material - it's the unedited first track of "The White Album" - and the other two tracks are pure gold in terms of laughs. I only wish we could have the fully unedited show, complete with all the ambience and shenanigans that occur at true comedy clubs.

I've been a fan of Lewis for years, and having listened to every CD ever made, and been to many live performances, these outtakes are great. A perfect representation of how Lewis can take a mistake, or annoying people and make them as hilarious as his regular material. Don't get it if you know nothing about this artist (as the one-star reviewer did) or you won't get anything out of it... Apparently this guy thinks that listening to outtakes will give an accurate representation of the artist... that's like seeing the outtakes from a movie, and trying to base an opinion of that movie... on the outtakes alone, that's ridiculous. Ok... I'm done... now go listen to some Lewis Black!
    • Save your buck for Takeout----not outtakes

There's hardly a complete thought throughout the nine and a half minutes. If you are looking to get to know Mr. Black, this advice to get the outtakes is not wise to listen to. I probably won't go beyond this first purchase with this comedian due to how impressed I was to discover that there are comics out there such as this man that make money off of putting the edited (with good reason) trash on a CD and selling it as material worth listening to.

Lewis Black can take a joke and make it an EP. This tid-bit of his talent is very funny and entertaining. I reccomend it completely. But if you only have a dollar, get "Outtakes", the parts cut out of his other CDs.
