Every year I find fewer and fewer bands to get excited about. This is one of my newer reasons to not give up hope. The Tings Tings are not for the deep thinkers. They are simple and fun. They manage to take many influences and make it sound original. You don't walk away thinking..."Oh, they sound just like...". They have a sound that keeps you from trying to compare them, and just lets you sit back and have fun.

This is a great song! I'm not a huge remix fan but I'm totally obsessed with the song. And speaking of boring, how boring must your life be to actually count the number of times the line is repeated in the song? Anyway, all boring people aside, this song is the exact opposite. I have had it on repeat in my car for the past month or so and am surprisingly not sick of it yet! I think this song is cutting-edge, which may be too much for some people, but for me it is definitely testing the boundaries of current music and successfully doing so.

I don't like the remixes very much but the original rocks! If you hate how she says thats not my name 30 times listen to Great DJ, they say the drums probably 50 times!

Overall, I think the best version of this song is the Soul Seekerz Club Mix. I also recommend the Johnny Vicious Warehouse Mix of "Shut Up and Let Me Go".

omg!! the remixes stink!!! it totally ruined the song!! i love the regular song. i love the band i general its just the remixes are horrible!!! i would not buy this cd! The only cd i would buy is "We Started Nothing" That one is the good one. :)
