      I own all the itunes collections by the marine corps bands and this one has the largest and most powerful sound I've heard thus far. It feels very movie like, almost like the ideal marine sound. Very up front and in your face. I especially enjoyed the slow redition of the marine corps theme. Very moving. In responce to the previous reviewer, most of the money you are paying is going to fund the marine organizations, the scholarships, the band itself, which has numerous expenses that are paid for in this way so they are not laid upon the taxpayer. Also, many other charities are paid for through these artists work. Just because a piece of music is in the public domain does not mean the recording of the marine corps band playing is. It is the ownership of the United States Marine Corps and possibly their prospective players. The col.'s music may in fact belong to the corps. I'm not sure on the legal presence on that specific issue. However, the idea is that the costs goes to pay for itunes publication and for the royalties the band uses to provide great music, and to the wonderful charities the band provides to. Semper Fidelis.
