Zoe Keating released this album pretty quietly - no advance hype, just an announcement or two when it came out - and the fact that it's now spent a couple days at #1 on the iTunes Classical Chart is testimony to its magic.
The piece "Forte" absolutely crackles with emotion: this feeling of relief and of a weight being lifted, and then pure joy. It feels like coming up for air: like an exhale after holding your breath for too long. Best album I've bought in a while.
