Habitual beats and enticing rhythms have made this album a fav!!!!! Feels so familiar, but also distinct and fresh … lyrics range from poetry to philosophy to celestial to earthy …. I can say more … but it’s best you test this musical range of sounds and songs and then some……

I have every album and have been a fan since my younger years. I don’t understand the choice to go in this direction vocally on this project. I thought it was a totally different person on the vocals. It doesn’t sound like “EBTG” I have heard the acoustic albums and her vocal range has always been a unique thing that is very difficult to cover. My heart hurts listening to this album. I’m still a fan and will give the next album a chance, “EBTG” has earned this from us all. It hurt writing this review. I really tried to listen and love this album. Everyone scrapes a knee from time to time.
I am asking, begging “EBTG” to do this again the way they know how. Please 🙏🏽.

What a fantastic listen…. I found myself smiling in a few places with familiar chords or phrasing - I’d forgotten just how much I love this band and so it was lovely to immerse myself in this beautiful album. Great work Ben and Tracey.

I was elated to see new Everything But The Girl music posted to the iTunes site. I thoght I was seeing things! I'm so very pleased with this new collection of incredible music! It's everything I coul dhave hoped for! The cleverly written lyrics and musical composition grows more and more profoundly intriguing the more I listen, and I'm just so satisfied! I've been listening to their music from the start and so to hear this progression of their craft is stellar! It's also wonderful to hear the deepening sound of Tracey's voice-I love it! It gives a whole new spin on their sound. I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been a fan since the '80's. I've loved the progression of their sound over the years, both as the band and their great solo albums. After finishing this album for the first time, I couldn't help but feel they rolled through all their musical senses through their entire catalog. They go from the great electro dance, to ballad, to dark, sad and wonderful music. The lyrics are on point; poignant, relational, biting and ironic. Tracey has a richer, deeper, more sultry tone that is amazing to hear. So don't make us wait so long for the next one!
