Reading through the reviews, it's clear that this is an album that isn't for everyone, especially depending on the aspects of Tye Tribbett's earlier music you admired the most. I personally don't see that big of a difference between this and the older stuff, but to each his own. Safe to say, I'm a huge fan of this album!

Tye, I absolutely LOVE the two Ludes 'Hallelujah' and 'Most High God.' Please PLEASE PLEASE do something to extend the worship on those two Ludes to like 3 or 4 minutes...or more as the Spirit leads! The Hallelujah lude takes you into worship and then it's cut by 'Champion,' which I also LOVE, but I would love to hear how the Holy Spirit would have you and Israel to extend those two tracks. I hear that African sound in 'Most High God' and I know y'all would kill it if you kept it in that African sound. Whoever that is singing 'Hallelujah' has the anointing to carry that track out. The music behind it is so regal. I see my King when she's singing. You and Israel collaborate so well. Keep doing what you do in Christ. 😎

tye love the cd especially the song champion it really hits home

I purchase this song on my iPhone and its not playing. I'm a little annoyed right now anyone has a suggestion on what to do

I was blown away at the musical diversity in this project. From the electric 80's opener that took me back to the roller rink, to the Israel accompanied "Champion" that had me on my feet, it is a great all around project. Then you take us from the 70's R&B of "Keep Me" to the rock shreds on "Replace Me". (Yes I get the irony of those titles) This project spoke to me as a musician and a believer. They lyrics on most of the project spoke right into where I was. Don't listen to the haters. I want another project like this one!

I purchased this CD a while back. It played for a while on my iph and then the tracks started skipping each time a song from this CD played. I went into the Apple store and a tech said to erase the whole CD and reload from the purchase section. Not happening, it states the CD is already loaded. Now I am out of this CD, although the reviews are mixed and I agree the music should go back to being real. I still enjoyed many of the tracks and do not like the idea that I am out of the cost for this purchase. If anyone out there has any suggestions I'm listening...thanks.

All I can say is, "Let this brotha breathe!!!" God's children are so unique, so different, but we all live to do one thing and thats glorifying God. Allow the Holy Spirit to do as He does, breathe in us and around us. Everybody's not tuned in, but so many of us are, so Tye do what you're lead to do and God's children will hear you and be blessed. Tye I'm totally diggin' your "New" Sound!!! Do YOu Bro and continue to be all that God has called you to be. God is to BIG to be categorized so if we are to walk in HIS likeness there should be some sort of peculiarity!!! In other words this is a Kingdom Sound do Let God Be God!!!
